Stirling Cinematic Appreciation Men’s Society (SCAMS) Movie Review

Valkyrie was the very popular movie of choice. The Director presumably was very familiar with Tom Cruise’s acting ability & wisely limited the amount of actual acting required. Regrettably the opportunity for special effects was also limited by keeping it down to a single bomb blast in the assassination attempt. I’m sure that bringing in an airstrike or commando attack & ignoring the historical aspect altogether would have crossed the director’s mind, although this restraint has apparently failed to impress the historical critics who have panned its accuracy. SCAMS rating: 7/10
